TrippyMart – not your typical escape room in Vilnius. And why not you may ask? Because before opening TrippyMart, we had never visited a single escape room ourselves (yes, on purpose). So whether we meant to or not – we definitely brought in some fresh air. You arrive as a guest. 30 seconds later – you’re an employee, with a uniform shoved into your hands. Don’t worry, we don’t check CVs. We trust your team’s competence. (For now.)
Is it naive to expect a beautiful, aesthetic little store? Yup. That’s the rookie mistake. Once the shift begins, it quickly becomes clear that the space is far more complex than it seems at first glance. Adjusting to unexpected “working conditions” and tasks is inevitable. Observation skills, imagination, and a touch of logic – that’s your team’s recipe for getting out. And before the game, don’t bother Googling “what tasks are usually in escape rooms.”

Is it going to be hard?
The short answer is – it depends on the team.
We designed TrippyMart so that both first-time escape room players and experienced ones can fully engage. You’ll need attention to detail, teamwork, and logical thinking, but we monitor the game throughout and will definitely step in to help if needed.
Is there any age limit?
Yes. Due to the complexity of the tasks, TrippyMart can be played independently by participants aged 16 and over.

How long does it take?
You’ll have 90 minutes to escape from TrippyMart.
What is the maximum player count?
There can be up to 8 people per one game
How to book your escape room and what to do if there’s more than 8 of us?

The game takes place exclusively at a pre-arranged time. If there’s more than 8 players – we suggest you contact us directly.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes — to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone or email.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the game starts, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, the payment is non-refundable, but the reservation can be moved to a different time. If you don’t show up and haven’t notified us in advance, the reservation is considered as having taken place and the payment will not be refunded.
How can we pay?
You can pay online when booking your time slot. If additional guests join beyond the number specified in your reservation, the extra amount can be paid on-site by card or bank transfer.
Is it going to be cold during the game?
As we are located in a basement, the rooms may be slightly cooler – around 19°C. We recommend bringing a sweater just in case, although during the game you’ll hardly notice the temperature (you’ll have other things on your mind 😉 )
What about the parking?
Great news! You’ll find free parking right next to the escape room entrance, so you definitely won’t have to worry about parking.
Can I take pictures or videos during the game?
Unfortunately, no. Phones or cameras are not allowed inside the escape room during the game.
Do you have a restroom on-site?
Yeah, absolutely we have a restroom there.
RULES
1. TrippyMart program duration is 90 min + 10 min briefing and preparation. Late arrivals will not have their session extended – time starts from the booked slot.
2. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to participate in TrippyMart programs under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other psychotropic substances. If staff suspects intoxication, they reserve the right to refuse participation.
3. Participants must be at least 12 years old. Adult supervision is recommended for participants under 16.
4. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to participate in TrippyMart programs if you have chronic health conditions (heart disease, mental illness, asthma, epilepsy, schizophrenia, or similar).
5. Participants must follow staff instructions at all times. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to tear, break, or otherwise damage the equipment.
6. Players participate at their own risk. TrippyMart is not liable for injuries or damage to personal belongings if participants fail to follow these rules or act carelessly.
7. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to film or photograph inside TrippyMart premises unless in designated areas or with staff permission.
8. TrippyMart records sessions for safety and marketing purposes. If you don’t want your photos or videos posted on social media – please inform staff before the game.
9. The reservation becomes valid once the game is paid for online, through our booking system.
10. You can cancel your reservation and get a full refund if you do so at least 24 hours before the game starts. If less than 24 hours remain before the start time, cancelling the reservation will not result in a refund, but the reservation can be moved to a different slot. If you don’t show up and haven’t notified us in advance, the reservation is considered as having taken place and the payment will not be refunded.
11. The reservation price is based on the number of participants selected at the time of booking. If the number of participants decreases after the reservation is made, or fewer participants arrive than originally booked, the reservation price will not be adjusted and the difference will not be refunded.
If more participants arrive than were included in the original reservation, the current TrippyMart pricing will apply to the additional participants, and the difference must be paid before the game begins.
12. TrippyMart staff reserves the right to terminate the program for teams or individuals who fail to follow the rules.
13. By participating in a TrippyMart program, participants confirm that they have read and agree to follow these rules. Failure to comply may result in program termination without refund.
