Trippy Mart is a non-traditional escape room in Vilnius, where strong emphasis is placed on aesthetics, clear structure, and a carefully crafted experience. Participants enter what at first seems like a familiar environment – a store – where they are asked to step into the role of new employees. However, the longer you stay inside, the clearer it becomes that you’ve been hired somewhere very different from what you expected.
This escape room stands out through its combination of mechanical solutions, technology, and visual effects. It is a space where not only the final outcome matters, but the entire process itself.

Is it going to be hard?
The short answer is – it depends on the team.
We designed TrippyMart so that both first-time escape room players and experienced ones can fully engage. You’ll need attention to detail, teamwork, and logical thinking, but we monitor the game throughout and will definitely step in to help if needed.
Is there any age limit?
Yes. Due to the complexity of the tasks, TrippyMart can be played independently by participants aged 16 and over.

How long does it take?
You’ll have 90 minutes to escape from TrippyMart.
What is the maximum player count?
There can be up to 6 people per one game
How to book your escape room?
At the moment, reservations are accepted only by phone or email.
The game takes place exclusively at a pre-arranged time. A reservation is finalized once a €30 advance payment has been made and a confirmation email has been received from us.
How can we pay?
At the moment, payment is possible only by bank transfer.
When reserving a time slot, we will ask for a €30 advance payment – all necessary details will be provided during the reservation process.
Is it going to be cold during the game?
As we are located in a basement, the rooms may be slightly cooler – around 18°C. We recommend bringing a sweater just in case, although during the game you’ll hardly notice the temperature (you’ll have other things on your mind 😉 )
What about the parking?
Great news! You’ll find free parking right next to the escape room entrance, so you definitely won’t have to worry about parking.
Can I take pictures or videos during the game?
Unfortunately, no. Phones or cameras are not allowed inside the escape room during the game.
Do you have a restroom on-site?
Yeah, absolutely we have a restroom there.
RULES
1. TrippyMart program duration is 90 min + 10 min briefing and preparation. Late arrivals will not have their session extended – time starts from the booked slot.
2. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to participate in TrippyMart programs under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other psychotropic substances. If staff suspects intoxication, they reserve the right to refuse participation.
3. Participants must be at least 12 years old. Adult supervision is recommended for participants under 16.
4. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to participate in TrippyMart programs if you have chronic health conditions (heart disease, mental illness, asthma, epilepsy, schizophrenia, or similar).
5. Participants must follow staff instructions at all times. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to tear, break, or otherwise damage the equipment.
6. Players participate at their own risk. TrippyMart is not liable for injuries or damage to personal belongings if participants fail to follow these rules or act carelessly.
7. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to film or photograph inside TrippyMart premises unless in designated areas or with staff permission.
8. TrippyMart records sessions for safety and marketing purposes. If you don’t want your photos or videos posted on social media – please inform staff before the game.
9. Booking is valid upon payment of a 30 EUR deposit. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival. Reservations can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the game – the deposit will be refunded or transferred. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
10. TrippyMart staff reserves the right to terminate the program for teams or individuals who fail to follow the rules.
11. By participating in a TrippyMart program, participants confirm that they have read and agree to follow these rules. Failure to comply may result in program termination without refund.
